From the beginning to meeting Mark to get a bid for our commercial property, to Randy's crews taking such great care of us and Jeannette being patient with starting our invoicing process, Aspen Maintenance has been wonderful to work with.  I have been at my current company for over 15years and our building hasn't looked better.  They are responsive to my many requests and even take the time to come to us when we needed anything. I have been using Aspen Maintenance, Inc. for over 11 years.  They have been professionally attending to our office building in DTC.  Always on time, do what they are suppose to do, if there is an issue, attend to it immediately!  I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone desiring professional janitorial services! 20 years ago I hired Aspen Maintenance to do the cleaning of seven buildings I managed.  10 years later I decided I would make a switch to another company because I found someone who could save me roughly 10%.  After going through six months of hell with this company I learned that a lower number on an initial contract might not mean true savings and that the wrong company can take something I didn’t have to think about and make it a daily nightmare. Since then I have moved to another company and experienced an existing mediocre cleaning company.  I made the switch and relinked with the great crew at Aspen.  They make it simple, they listen precisely to what you need, they give you a realistic expectation of what they can do and how much they can do it for and then they consistently do it. As a property manager and owner it is nice to be able to forget about cleaning and know someone is going above and beyond making sure my facilities meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.  Simply put they are the BEST. Since it has been several years since I posted this I felt like it would be a great idea to update it.  In the last years I have continued to only use their services for all my janitorial needs.  While they have continued to do great things keeping my buildings clean, I have also had them come out and do numerous side projects to include cleaning carpets, stripping and re-waxing my tile floors and last but not least, coming in and spraying my employees work environment to make sure we were all safe after a Covid19 scare. Mark and his team is always very professional and responds very quickly to my requests.  Randy is always available and willing to go above and beyond his work load to solve problems, when need be. Aspen Maintenance has been a valued vendor of mine for over 10 years. They have always provided great service and quick response to added service needs. Outside of our general cleaning needs at the two buildings that I manage, Mark Anderson has been a great resource helping with information navigating all our COVID concerns/protocols that helped get our facilities ready for our staff's return to the office. for several years now my experience with Aspen Maintenance is that they do a good job and keep my buildings clean. They also are easy to get a hold of when special circumstances arise. Aspen Maintenance has been servicing our buildings for years.  Mark, Randy and the team are very responsive to our needs if there is an issue or if we need emergency help from issues beyond anyone's control. Aspen Maintenance has provided janitorial service at an 18,000 square foot office building we manage in the Cherry Creek area for the past 13 years. It's a difficult building with 55 private officers, 9 restrooms. 2 large client waiting areas and a kitchen. In addition to cleaning the building at night, Aspen inventories and supplies paper products, soap, light bulbs, etc. which makes our lives much easier. Aspen Maintenance has taken care of Imagine!'s 35,000 sq. ft. of administrative buildings for over 10 years and has never failed to meet our needs. Aspen employees have become part of Imagine!. I can't say enough good things about Mark and Aspen Maintenance.  For a long time we would hire a new company each year.  We couldn't find a company that would do what we asked.  The promise became a reality when we hired Aspen Maintenance.  We told them what we wanted and they do it.
